Nashville Bound

After exploring multiple options on where would be the best fit to start work on my debut album, I chose to head down to Nashville. Nashville is the epicenter of music production. I wanted to be surrounded by everything Music City has to offer. The musicians, the landscape, the food, and the southern way of life.

“Weathervane” was recorded in a home studio called The Lake House in the small suburban town of Old Hickory in early April. In hindsight I wouldn’t have done it any other way. The rigorous recording schedule was perfectly coordinated with a super low stress vibe. We got the entire album of 10 songs recorded in just 14 days.
